  The vets and their vet techs are great they're good with our dogs and knew their stuff. But the down fall of this hospital is the customer service staff, 3 times we talked to a receptionist to set up an appointment and get a quote only to show up and be told a completely different price. We were told it was because the girls was new but when it involves money someone should check their work so were not suddenly paying hundreds of dollars more then expected. As far as their boarding services I wouldn't recommend using them for long periods dogs only get two 10 minute out door breaks, and its 5 dollars more per 10 minutes extra time per animal and 10 dollars to have someone play with them. All in all the vets themselves are great and the prices are fair just do all you can to make sure you get the ACTUAL price.
